About Larissa Borissenko

Daycare Director

Larissa is a passionate leader in early childhood education, guiding a team of 50 educators and supporting 200 children aged 3 months to 13 years. She specializes in holistic curriculum development, regulatory compliance, and staff training. With strong skills in financial management and operations, Larissa fosters meaningful parent partnerships and community involvement. She successfully launched VIPKids daycare, ensuring a nurturing environment for exceptional child growth and development.
