In our fairytale village you invite the children to develop and discover in a relaxed way. You make the tastiest dishes in our VIPKids bakery. In addition, there is plenty of room for dancing in our children's disco or gardening in the vegetable garden. You can also race with the children in our fantastic traffic park, or go on a shopping adventure in our clothing boutique, flower shop and so much more..!
We only know VIPs. As a pedagogical employee you are important. You provide a safe and warm environment. You are the basis of confidence for the children so that they can develop playfully. We have an eye for you!
We have created a separate lounge especially for our VIPKids employees. A perfect place to get together as a team, to relax or to celebrate a birthday of one of your colleagues. A little extra attention to your vitality means extra energy and magic for our fantastic VIPkids!

Who are we looking for?
You love children and can easily show your attention and understanding. You offer safety and security and you can work well together and consult. You support children in developing playfully and are also eager to learn. In addition, you are creative and you can offer good structure to the day's implementation. You are good at planning and you are flexible.

I would like to follow a BBL training as a pedagogical employee!
BBL stands for a vocationally guided learning path. BBL students go to school partly, but also start working right away. As a student you go to school for 1 or 2 days and the rest of the week you are available to work in childcare.
Training duration
A BBL course is modular and takes a maximum of 3 years. Depending on your previous education and work experience, a shortened route is possible. There are often several starting times per school year.
